Medication

We will need to see proof of current vaccination certificate for feline flu and enteritis.

Vaccinations should be boosted annually and this should be done at least 7 days before your cat is due to be boarded.

The vaccination certificate must be provided at check-in - unfortunately without a current certificate we will be unable to accommodate your cat as in doing so would compromise the health of our other guests.

Please remove your cat’s collar as a safety precaution during their stay

We are happy to administer medication

to well behaved cats.

Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and we shall do our utmost to meet your requirements.

We regret we no longer accept insulin-dependent diabetic cats.

Please ensure that any medication is clearly labelled.

We regret that un-neutered male cats over 7 months old will not be accepted.

For the welfare of our guests we cannot accommodate any cats diagnosed with infectious diseases. We would ask that you treat your cat for fleas, worms, lice and ear mites before they arrive.

We will ask for your written authority to call a veterinary surgeon, on your behalf, should we consider it necessary. With regards to elderly or ailing cats it is wise to discuss with ourselves your wishes should your cat pass away naturally, whilst in our care

During your stay you will benefit from our comprehensive insurance cover - this cover excludes all pre-existing conditions
